Customer Care Specialist

As our new customer care specialist, you will play a vital and integral role in our ongoing communication strategy with customers. Working out of our business development centre, you will work to support our sales team, as well as our ongoing prospecting efforts.

You will strive to develop a thorough knowledge of our call scripts and processes, and conduct all communication with the highest level of professionalism. You understand that your success is strongly dependent on rapid follow-up to all inquiries, and you bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to all of your efforts.

o   A people person –you’re customer-focused, and you excel at communicating with different kinds of people

Working at Bathurst Honda

This is a full-time permanent position working from our spacious, modern facility in picturesque Bathurst. The salary for this position is $33,000 - $44,000/year commensurate with experience. We also provide a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, life, vision and Group RRSP.

Qualifications

o   Experience in a customer service role

o   Experience working in a business development role

o   Experience working in an inbound marketing or sales role

o   Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

o   Experience using CRM software

o   Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
